Booking Policies
- Deposit: A $[XX] non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service.
- Late Arrivals: There is a 30-minute grace period. Arriving later than that may result in a late fee or your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited.
- Cancellations: Please give at least [24–48] hours notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit their deposit.
- Hair Prep: Please arrive with hair washed, blown out, and detangled unless a wash/prep service was booked in advance.
